WORKFORCE ENFORCEMENT AND I-9 COMPLIANCE

U.S. employers have to be consistently compliant with the requirements stated in the Labor Condition Application (“LCA”) with regards to maintenance of records such as Public Access Files. Employers also have obligation to verify the employment of all of its employees by completing an I-9 Form. The I-9 is used for verifying the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.
